Acorn-Fed 100% Iberico Ham, (36 months Cured) Price per kg

Our 100% Iberico Ham is sourced from purebred Iberian pigs reared free-range in oak-forested pastures, this ham is a true delicacy. The pigs feed naturally on acorns during the montanera season, resulting in exquisite marbling, a deep nutty flavour, and a silky texture.

Cured slowly for a minimum of 36 months in Toledo, within the Castilla-La Mancha region, where its unique flavour and texture are developed.
