Cantabric Anchovy Fillets in Sunflower Oil, 80g
Wild-caught during spring using sustainable fishing techniques, the Cantabrian Anchovies are pre-salted and classified fresh. Then they are aged for at least 12 months in barrels with salt, which give them a characteristic aroma and a rich and subtle finish. At the end of the maturation process, the anchovies are cleaned and filleted manually and then packed in Sunflower oil, ready-to-eat.
Perfect for serving in canapés with olives or on toast. Can be used for pasta sauce, pizzas, or in the preparations of vegetable dishes.
