Our Iberico Bellota Hams are made from free range 50% Iberico breed pigs, fed naturally on grass, herbs and roots and fattened up on acorns during the Montanera season. Cured slowly for a minimum of 36 months in Toledo, within the Castilla-La Mancha region, where its unique flavour and texture are developed.
