Aged Manchego Cheese Viejo, DOP, 150g

Manchego Viejo is a firm, mature cheese made from 100% pasteurised Manchega sheep’s milk. Aged for over 6 months, this DOP-certified cheese develops a bold, savoury flavour with a slightly tangy edge and a rich, nutty finish. Its compact texture and ivory-yellow colour reflect its careful ageing process. Perfect for cheese boards, pairing with quince jelly, or enjoying with a glass of Rioja.

Ingredients
Made from sheep’s milk, salt, stabiliser (calcium chloride), lactic starter cultures, and coagulant (chymosin produced by submerged fermentation on a plant-based substrate). It also contains the preservative lysozyme (derived from egg).
