Cod croquetas are one of the most typical Spanish tapas. Filled with a creamy bechamel and fine bacalao, tossed in breadcrumbs, are ready to fry and enjoy. They are a delight for any fish lover. Do not previously thaw, fry in hot oil (180ºC) until it's browned and leave to rest for 2 minutes.

Ingredients: A)MILK (LACTOSE), FISH broth (water, vegetables in a variable proportion: potato, onion, tomato, carrot, leek, CELERY, garlic; shrimp (CRUSTACEAN), cod (FISH), salt, aroma (SOY)
B) corn starch, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, yeast extract, paprika, black pepper, colouring: carotenes), breadcrumbs (wheat flour (GLUTEN), water, salt, yeast)
C) cod 10% (cod (FISH), water, salt, antioxidants: E-450, E-451, E-452), wheat flour and wheat starch (GLUTEN), fried onion (onion, olive oil, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), sunflower oil, salt, sizing agent
